The Tirumala Flora Master Plan Design approach was to
preserve the end user’s requirements for sustainable and
practical luxury. This is the stepping stone for this new
development as the plan preserves existing established
communal relationships and turns them into newer and more
spacious living environments, while allowing the opportunity
to weave new residents seamlessly into renewed aspirations
of urbanism and social living.

Each of the four new towers though similar in architectural
form offer a unique identity that are interconnected to the
whole. Each individual and distinct tower, like the community
it represents plays a vital role to the entire master plan
development. The towers are linked by a double height
commercial spine that frames a large, dynamic multi purpose
civic space. The interplay of the towers revolving around
this focal point, with its specific orientation, varying heights,
unique identifying colors, and strategic framing of view
corridors evokes play of form and function in a choreographed
dance. The mission of this planned development is to instill
positive and collaborative social environment.
